Principal's Message

Welcome to the Northern Bedford County Middle School webpage.  As middle school principal, it is my pleasure to serve our school district and community as a part of the administrative team.  

I am entering into my twenty-third year of education.  My first teaching assignment was at Bradford Area High School in northwestern PA.  During my time at Bradford, I taught high school Spanish 1 and Spanish 2.  For the past twenty years, it has been an honor to teach Spanish here at Northern Bedford, working with students in 8th-12th grade. I have always been passionate about education.  It has always been part of my intuition to learn as much as I possibly could in all areas.  I am naturally curious and always looking for ways to explore learning.  I believe this is why I have such a love for education.  

Being panther proud, I immersed myself within the community and developed a love and pride for Northern Bedford.  This is a special place for students to gain a valuable education and for the community to gather and celebrate student activities and achievements.  The values and traditions of Northern Bedford are strong and are something unique to be cherished.  I look forward to continuing these traditions serving as the middle school principal.

The NBC faculty and staff work together to create an environment that encourages students to work toward their full potential and to become responsible members of a global society.  Students are taught to demonstrate behaviors that promote Panther PRIDE.
