2027-28 Transportation Request for Proposals

Northern Bedford County School District is seeking proposals for student transportation services beginning with the 2027–2028 school year.
We encourage anyone who may be interested in providing safe and reliable bus and/or van transportation to review the Request For Proposals. We look forward to identifying transportation partners who can help us continue providing this important service to our students and families. If you are considering submitting a proposal but are unsure whether your operation would be a good fit for our needs, please contact us. We are happy to answer questions and provide additional information.
Please see the complete RFP and Schedule A for additional information and proposal requirements attached with the link below. Proposals are due by Friday, October 16th at 1:00pm. Please email questions and the completed RFP to kpritchett@nbpanthers.org. Note that the RFP is a fillable form that should be downloaded and saved for submission.
